Solution: Power BI and DAX model that classifies demand patterns (Syntetos-Boylan) and recommends using 8 criteria.
Result: KPI of forecasts accepted without manual review, so time goes where the risk is.

Problem: Monthly data files arrived by email and were saved, renamed and cleaned up by hand.
Solution: Power Automate flow that saves the Excel file to the month's folder with a standard name, plus an Office Script that prepares it.
Result: File ready for the dashboard as soon as the email arrives.
